About RCWF

Rocket City Weather Fest, launched in 2010 in Huntsville, Alabama. It is an annual event dedicated to educating the community about weather. It offers a fun and interactive environment where attendees can learn from local meteorologists, engage in hands-on activities, and gain valuable weather awareness and safety information. With opportunities for networking and a chance to geek out over meteorology. Rocket City Weather Fest is Hosted by the American Meteorological Society / National Weather Association Student Chapter at UAH.

The University of Alabama in Huntsville is located just north of I-565 and just south of US Hwy 72. Sparkman Drive cuts through campus and connects theses roads.
