Bringing back the Weather Briefing by AES Students

We're thrilled to announce the return of our Weather Briefing event, presented by Atmospheric Earth Science students at UAH! This engaging session will provide a unique opportunity for people to attend a informative session and obtain insights about the current weather patterns, forecasts, and climate trends.


Hurricane Helene: Lessons Learned

This year, Dr. Chen, a researcher and professor at UAH, will discuss "Hurricane Helene: Lessons Learned." This engaging session will delve into the critical insights gained from Hurricane Helene, examining its impact and teaching us valuable lessons about preparedness and resilience. Dr. Chen will share his knowledge and findings, resulting in a better understanding of hurricane dynamics and community response.


Careers and Meteorologists Panel

Join us for an engaging discussion with renowned meteorologist Grace Anello, a representative from the National Weather Service, and Dr. Freeman, a distinguished professor and researcher at UAH.
